Zoom + Google Calendar: meeting links created for you
Create consistent scheduled Zoom meetings and reuse the join link in Google Calendar. Fewer copy…
Browse ready-to-use n8n workflows that connect Zoom with your stack. Auto-schedule meetings, send reminders, log registrants, and sync recordings to docs, sheets, and chat.
In n8n, add a Zoom node (trigger or action), then create Zoom credentials in Settings. Most setups use OAuth, so you’ll sign in to Zoom, approve access, and n8n stores the token for you. If your company restricts app installs, ask an admin to approve the n8n app in the Zoom Marketplace. Once connected, test with a simple workflow: create a meeting, then send the link to Gmail or Slack. Save, activate, done.
A lot: scheduling, reminders, and post-meeting follow-up.
Yes. You’ll need a Zoom account that can authorize n8n to access the data you want (like meetings, webinars, recordings, or registrants). For team setups, a shared service account is common so workflows don’t break when someone leaves. If you’re working with webinars or cloud recordings, make sure your plan includes those features and that the account has permission to view them. If not, the workflow may connect but won’t return what you expect.
Common wins include creating meetings from Google Calendar events, logging webinar registrants into Google Sheets, and posting a Slack message when a meeting is scheduled or a recording is ready. You can also enrich follow-ups by writing notes into Notion and emailing attendees automatically. Limitations usually come from permissions and timing: some data is only available to account admins, and recordings can take about 10 minutes to appear after a call ends. Also, if you rotate Zoom hosts often, be careful with which user authorizes the connection.
