Step 1: Configure the Manual Trigger

This workflow starts manually so you can verify the scraping and AI outputs before enabling regular runs.

  1. Add and keep 🔘 Manual Start Trigger as the first node in the canvas.
  2. Connect 🔘 Manual Start Trigger to 🌐 Define Events URL as shown in the execution flow.

Step 2: Connect the Events Source URL

Define the event listing URL that the AI agent will scrape.

  1. Open 🌐 Define Events URL and add one assignment.
  2. Set URL to https://10times.com/newyork-us.
  3. Confirm 🌐 Define Events URL connects to 🤖 Events Scraping Agent.

Tip: You can change the URL to a different 10Times city page later without editing any AI prompts.

Step 3: Set Up the AI Scraping Agent and Tools

The AI agent scrapes the page, structures the JSON output, and auto-fixes formatting issues.

  1. Open 🤖 Events Scraping Agent and confirm the prompt includes {{ $json.URL }} and lists the required fields (event_name, location, date, category, description, url, attendees).
  2. Verify 🤖 Events Scraping Agent has Has Output Parser enabled.
  3. Ensure 💬 AI Data Processor is connected as the language model for 🤖 Events Scraping Agent. Credential Required: Connect your openAiApi credentials.
  4. Ensure 🌐 BrightData MCP Tool is connected as the tool for 🤖 Events Scraping Agent. Credential Required: Connect your mcpClientApi credentials. Note that this credential is added to the tool node, but it runs under the agent.
  5. Confirm Auto-Correct Output Parser and 📝 Structure Scraped JSON are connected to the agent as output parsers. These are AI sub-nodes, so any required model credentials should be added to the parent language model node, not here.
  6. Check OpenAI Conversation Model is connected to Auto-Correct Output Parser and has credentials. Credential Required: Connect your openAiApi credentials.

Step 6: Configure Output to Google Sheets

  2. Set Document ID to your spreadsheet ID (replace [YOUR_ID]).
  3. Set Sheet Name to gid=0 (Sheet1) or update it to your target sheet.

  • Bright Data credentials can expire or need specific permissions. If things break, check your Bright Data dashboard and active zones first.
